We are a collector of information. We find events and match them to ticketing - if available online. We are NOT a ticket agency. Therefore if there are any problems with tickets, you must contact the ticket agent you purchased through.
What do I do if my tickets have not arrived?
Contact the relevant Ticketing Agency directly (the numbers and mail addresss are at the bottom of this page). If the event is still weeks away, please be patient. They usually arrive 3-5 days before the event. This is to try and guard against forged tickets.
What happens if an event is cancelled?
Your ticket agent will keep you updated in the event of a change. Also, check the livegigguide news for any updates.
What will happen if I want to cancel my tickets or request a refund?
Please contact the relevant Ticketing Agency directly. But in most cases there will be a non-refundable statement with your receipt.
